Risk Assessments

From an insurance perspective, there are various risks that businesses are confronted with.  Even though the risk of fire is the focus of the assessments performed by Fire Risk International, we also look at the wider risk profile of the business.  It is our recommendation that assessing some of these aspects should be mandatory as they impact directly on compliance of the business, where others may be optional, should the client prefer.

Our risk assessments are comprehensive and detailed.  We assess the overall risk, and we also identify and focus on individual risks within a premises or business.  Our reports are easy to read and to understand.  Our focus is on de-mystifying legislation and to provide a report which is easily interpreted into actionable items.  We clearly identify between mandatory requirements that will ensure compliance with legislation, and optional recommendations which contribute towards a safer environment.

Further to this, we assist clients in preparing an implementation plan which we then discuss with local authorities and insurers.  These plans are achievable and considers the financial impact on the client, while also being mindful of the requirements of the insurer.
